Everything you need to know about importing your Jaguar to India.
Fully imported electric vehicles (CBU) are subject to a customs duty of 100% + GST of 5%. We factor all taxes into your quote from the start — no surprises. Our team also helps you benefit from available EV subsidies where applicable.
From order confirmation to delivery at your door, the process typically takes 12 to 16 weeks. This includes factory production (6–8 weeks), shipping (4–5 weeks) and customs clearance (2–3 weeks). We keep you updated at every stage.
Yes. All imported vehicles come with the full Jaguar warranty: 5 years for the vehicle and 8 years / 160,000 km for the high-voltage battery. We also provide an extended service agreement through our authorised network across India.
The Jaguar I-PACE is compatible with all standard Indian charging infrastructure: Type 2 AC chargers (up to 11 kW) and CCS2 DC fast chargers (up to 100 kW). Networks like Tata Power, EESL, and ChargeZone are fully compatible. We also provide a home wallbox charger as part of your delivery package.
We handle the complete CMVR homologation and RTO registration process on your behalf. Your Jaguar will be fully road-legal in India with a regular registration certificate. The process takes approximately 2 weeks after customs clearance.
